Vilden’s designers recreate the arrangement as closely as possible while preserving its distinctive color palette, luxurious presentation, and overall design. When a particular flower is unavailable, it may be replaced with a carefully selected bloom of similar color, quality, and style.

Can I request changes to the flowers or colors?

All of our beautiful flower arrangements are carefully curated by our Vilden designers, and while we do offer some flexibility for customization, it really depends on what flowers are available at the moment. We encourage you to contact our support team beforehand to discuss any specific requests you might have. We’re here to help create something special just for you!

How do you ensure the freshness of your flowers?

All floral arrangements are prepared with care and fulfilled through local delivery to ensure freshness. Orders are created close to the delivery time and handled carefully from preparation to delivery.

How long will the flowers remain fresh?

The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by:
  • Flower type 
  • Room temperature, and care
  • Keeping flowers cool
  • Check the floral base regularly and carefully add a small amount of fresh water (8 oz) between the stems when needed.
  • Avoid overfilling the box or getting its exterior wet
  • Keep away from direct sunlight 
Following the simple guidelines above will help the arrangement remain beautiful for as long as possible.

Can I schedule for a future delivery date?

Yes. You can choose an available future delivery date during checkout. Ordering early is recommended for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, and other important occasions.
