No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or has left our shop.

Order Concerns

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery so we can review and assist.

Product Variations

All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal blooms. As a result, slight variations in flower type, color, or arrangement may occur. We ensure that the overall style, design, and color palette remain consistent with the product description.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the recipient. Delivery is completed according to the instructions provided and the conditions at the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. Vilden is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
