Local delivery only

Vilden is an online florist delivering fresh arrangements within select cities in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not ship nationwide or internationally, and we do not offer local pickup.

Delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout from the recipient's address and ZIP code.

When we deliver

Choose your delivery date at checkout, including future dates, subject to availability. Express delivery may be available depending on location, flower availability and the requested date. Please contact us before ordering to confirm.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and service area. We do not offer free delivery.

Freshness

Each arrangement is prepared close to its delivery time and handled with care from our studio to the door.

If the recipient isn't available

We'll contact the recipient or the person who placed the order to arrange the next step. Please include accurate phone numbers and any helpful notes, such as gate codes, building access or a front desk, at checkout.

Order updates

You'll receive order updates and a delivery notification after your order is placed.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the delivery address. Vilden is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Once an arrangement is delivered, responsibility for it passes to the recipient.
